The new bodyguards for photo and film equipment: EVOC introduces its new PHOTO Collection 2024!

Be it amateurs or professionals – the new EVOC PHOTO Collection is sure to delight sports and action photographers alike. Aaand … action! Sports photographers and film-makers have very particular requirements when it comes to backpacks and bags for their sensitive equipment. After all, their outdoor shoots often involve spending hours on the go, sometimes in difficult terrain, with their camera and accessories ready to use at all times.

Ample, well-padded storage space for reliable protection of photo and film equipment as well as clever, customisable interior partitioning are only two of the many must-haves. A perfect fit and maximum comfort are just as vital – through a carrying system with ergonomic shoulder straps and excellent load distribution, and a well-thought-out ventilation system that prevents overheating. Compartments for small items such as memory cards and batteries, and for personal effects are also essential, as is a laptop compartment. And of course, straps for securing the camera and attaching skis, a snowboard, snowshoes and a tripod are also important. It goes without saying that the bags and backpacks must also be able to withstand heavy-duty use.

EVOC therefore involved (professional) photographers and film-makers in the development of its PHOTO Collection 2024. The result is a range of brand-new bags and backpacks designed to meet a wide variety of photography and filming needs – with the following highlights:

A master of its trade

The CP 40 is a lightweight, thoroughly efficient, padded 40 l backpack that is specially adapted to the needs of (sports) film-makers with large cameras. It offers more depth so that displays can remain assembled, allowing for faster and more convenient working, as well as a protection mat to prevent scratching of the displays.

As the largest version of these perfect-for-action carrying solutions in the EVOC PHOTO Collection, the CP 40 is ready to master all challenges faced by film-makers on professional assignments. The interior, with its clever 80/20 split and individually adjustable, padded EVA dividers provides plenty of storage space with added depth for equipment, plus space for personal belongings. A really handy feature is the (lockable) quick side camera access.

The ergonomic NEUTRALITE SYSTEM carrying system with its length- and height-adjustable AIRO FLEX hip belt (that can be detached if required) ensures superb load distribution, fit and air circulation, resulting in optimum comfort, especially when fully loaded during plenty of action. The water-repellent, PFC-free outer fabric is extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant. In addition, a reinforced base with rubber feet and a sturdy carrying handle make for easier all-round handling. For long and/or hot days on a shoot, the CP 40 can be equipped with a hydration bladder of up to 2 litres.

What else? The backpack also features a separate laptop compartment, organiser compartments for small items, multifunctional straps and attachment loops for securing skis, a snowboard and a tripod, as well as a built-in rain cover. All-rounder and ergonomic pro

The lightweight, compact STAGE CAPTURE 22 camera and sports backpack is the perfect companion for both professional and amateur photographers. It boasts a great fit, efficient ventilation and plenty of padded storage space for securely transporting gear. The camera

compartment can be customised by means of padded dividers and will open up completely. Or you simply access the camera from the side.

The ergonomic carrying system provides unrestricted freedom of movement and maximum comfort, with a secure fit. The AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM ensures excellent air flow as a result of wide ventilation channels created through inward-facing EVA foam pads that reduce contact points with the back, which allows for efficient air circulation. In addition, the back panel is covered with durable, moisture-repellent 3D AIRMESH fabric. Keep your back free and luggage to a minimum

The lightweight HIP PACK CAPTURE 6 with a storage capacity of 6 litres comes as a well-fitting hip pack for compact system cameras plus accessories. Its core is comprised of a thickly padded main compartment with dividers that can be configured as required for safe transportation of equipment.

The AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM, with EVA foam pads positioned inwards so as to create wide ventilation channels, ensures superior air circulation thanks to minimal surface contact. The pack also features resilient fast-drying mesh fabric that absorbs moisture and efficiently wicks away excessive heat.

Extra-wide hip wings ensure a perfect body fit. Another clever and practical feature is the VENTI FLAP system, which allows you to flexibly adjust the distance to your back (uphill and downhill mode).
