The completely re-engineered AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM back section offers incredible fit and comfort in any situation, thanks to its optimized design and the selection of even higher performing materials. Simultaneously, the new ventilation system supports the body’s thermoregulation in a never-before-seen way. The AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM is our new go-to system for uncompromising trail riding as well as comfortable, secure transport of higher loads on ambitious tours.

The system enables a firm, close-to-the-body fit and a weight-neutral load distribution in order to achieve maximum relief for the back and shoulder areas. The tight fit ensures that there are no load shifts and the main load stays as close and inconspicuously on the body as possible no matter how technical the section. At the same time, the system actively reduces heat development even on the hardest ride at high temperatures by means of our most advanced air circulation system to date:

Wide ventilation channels between the strategically positioned, well-cushioned EVA foam pads in combination with the especially coarse, yet highly durable as well as comfortable mesh fabric enable incredibly efficient air circulation. The heart of the AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM is the 3D-formed stabilizer. Pre-molded fins in key sections provide the necessary rigidity, while specifically targeted flex zones allow the back section of the pack to adapt ergonomically to the rider’s movements and individual anatomy. This new EVOC technology is featured in the EXPLORER PRO series, the STAGE series, the HIP PACK PRO 3 as well as the EVOC PHOTO range.

The new EXPLORER PRO was specifically designed with long tours in mind - it will help you get all your gear comfortably and securely to wherever you’re heading. In order to guarantee optimum comfort, load stability and ventilation, it is now equipped with the brand new AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM. While we retained the compartment design of its predecessor, every little detail pertaining to carrying comfort and ergonomics has been re-engineered - seams, materials, the entire back system - are all new!

The redesigned BRACE LINK ensures an even more comfortable and custom fit on the shoulder and neck area, The BODY HUGGING concept enables a close-to-the-body, neutral load distribution and the EXTRA WIDE HIP WINGS with large zippered pockets offer extra comfort with strategic storage options while the AIRO FLEX hip belt provides well-ventilated, secure fit as well as optimum load dissipation via the hips. The new layout of the seams on the shoulder straps reduce pressure points and friction. The backpack offers numerous intelligent compartments such as one for hydration systems with bladders up to 3l including hose duct and clip, a quick-access tool compartment and the separate WASH POUCH. The compression straps help keep the pack tightly and firmly on your back even when it isn’t completely filled. It is available in 26l and 30l making it ready for any type of bike adventure.

The newly designed AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM is also responsible for ideal weight distribution and excellent fit in the new STAGE range. With its uniquely efficient ventilation, overheating becomes virtually impossible - at least with regards to your back. It sits comfortably and close to the body to avoid any kind of load shift enabling you to fully focus on the trail ahead. Fit and comfort are additionally optimized by the improved integration of the BRACE LINK and the completely redesigned SEAMLESS SHOULDER STRAPS. The AIRO FLEX hip belt provides comfortable and firm fit with ideal load dissipation over the hips while remaining extremely well ventilated. In combination with the height-adjustable chest strap, everything remains just where it should be and you hardly even notice it no matter how gnarly the ride. The super sporty bike backpack is equipped with a helmet holder for an open or fullface helmet, a quick-access tool compartment you can open with one hand even with gloves on, as well as a hydration system compartment for bladders up to 2l including hose duct and clip. Additionally it features an elastic side pocket for a water bottle or snacks and PFC-free fabric treatment. With the HIP PACK PRO 3 you can carry tools, other small parts, snacks, drinks and even a rain jacket securely and comfortably - complete freedom of movement included! The hip bag is also equipped with the AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM, guaranteeing a firm fit, maximum comfort and perfect ventilation. The AIRO FLEX hip belt ensures that these benefits reach all around and it provides load dissipation via the hip bones. The variable VENTI FLAP system maximizes ventilation when riding uphill while the downhill mode augments the firm fit. EXTRA WIDE HIP WINGS optimize comfort and ergonomics and are provided with easy-to-reach strategic pockets. Apart from the generous main compartment, it sports a quick-access tool compartment in the front with cleverly organised interior.
